We are bringing back our 4-week Beginner's Basic Yoga Course (Ladies Only) every Saturday, starting on the 2nd of March 2019 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM with our Yoga Therapist, ANURADHA.
This course will help you to build your yoga practice, get the basic knowledge about breathing techniques, meditation, yoga postures and its benefits.
